These are SO easy and yummy. I added blueberries & chocolate chips to mine this time, but you could add anything from fruit to nuts. So much quicker than making regular pancakes and less clean up too. Perfect special breakfast!
Ingredients:
2 cups pancake mix
2/3 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup maple syrup
**optional add-ins...blueberries, chocolate chips, pecans, bacon!?!
