Pork Verde Tacos (3 ingredients in the crockpot for the filling...can be altered for your family's taste)
Tortellini Soup (this literally takes 10 minutes to make)
Brie, Tomato & Basil Gemelli Pasta OR Smoked Gouda Pasta Salad (both are fast, easy, and delicous)
Jambalaya (all ingredients are stirred together and poured into a 9x13 dish then baked...easy peasy)
Chicken Stromboli (yum, yum, yum comfort food)
